Your FaceTite Experience

FaceTite sets itself apart with its minimally invasive nature. This procedure can be performed with only local anesthesia, and you’ll be able to return home as soon as the treatment is over. The treatment area will be thoroughly numbed with a local anesthetic before Dr. Sundin makes a very tiny incision. The incision made for this procedure is so small that it doesn’t require sutures to heal.

Through this incision, a cannula will be inserted. This works to heat the tissues in the area, while also utilizing thermal energy to disrupt and remove unwanted fat cells in the area. This physically removes unnecessary fat while also encouraging your tissues to tighten. At the same time, radiofrequency (RF) energy is utilized to encourage your body’s collagen production, for healthy skin that lasts.

Rest and Recovery After FaceTite

FaceTite can be completed in about 45 minutes’ time, after which point you’ll be advised to head home and rest for a day or so. Depending on the specifics of your treatment plan, you may feel ready to rejoin your daily activities after a single day or so. Most patients experience some tenderness and swelling, but find that these issues fade after two days, at the most.
