Your Juvéderm Voluma Experience

Dermal fillers are injected in the comfort of our office setting, and typically take between 15 and 45 minutes to administer, depending on the specifics of your treatment area. The needle used in the procedure is very, very fine, and most patients find the experience to be surprisingly comfortable. We’ll happily help you with a topical numbing agent, as well.

Most patients are able to resume their normal activities after about 24 hours. Side effects are moderate and generally last between two and four weeks. Common side effects include temporary reactions at the treatment site such as tenderness, swelling, firmness, lumps, bumps, bruising, pain, redness, discoloration, and itching.
